General Use

Business Connect 360 provides content, services and products throughout this site. All information, documents, products and services, including content, trademarks, logos, graphics and images (which are grouped together under the term “Materials”) are the copyrighted work of Business Connect 360 licensors and/or contributors.

Business Connect 360 grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Materials solely for your personal use or internal business use.

You agree that you will only use this site and the Materials for lawful uses. You agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Materials provided by Business Connect 360 in any manner. Your limited license terminates automatically, without notice to you, if you breach any of these terms.

Upon termination of your limited license, you agree to immediately destroy any downloaded or printed Materials. Except as stated herein, you acknowledge that you have no right, title or interest in or to the site or any Materials on any legal basis.

Intentionally expose the site and/or any products or services provided on Business Connect 360 to a computer virus or any other program or code that is intended to disrupt or disable the operations of the site and/or our products or services;

Use any spider, robot or other program, code or device to copy, retrieve or index any portion of the Business Connect 360 site;

Harvest or otherwise collect information about other users for any purpose other than expressly permitted herein;

Post any false or inaccurate Submissions (defined below) or information on any part of the site;

Use the products and/or services and/or the site to violate any applicable law or regulation, including, without limitation, the infringement of any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, or violate the privacy or rights of any other person;

Post any Submission or information that is discriminatory, hateful, obscene, vulgar, abusive, defamatory, sexually-orientated, threatening, or otherwise objectionable;

Include any hyperlinks or any misleading, irrelevant and/or hidden code or keywords in any Submissions posted by you;

Harass, stalk, or otherwise subject any other user of the site and/or products and services to inappropriate or unwanted contact;

Make any additions, changes, alterations and/or deletions to any Submissions posted by any user without the express written authorization of such other user;

Business Connect 360 reserves the right to terminate our relationship with you under these terms and prohibit your access to the site and/or products or services or to edit, remove or close any Submission or thread for any reason.

You acknowledge and agree that there is the chance that you may be exposed to content that may be offensive or objectionable to you. You hereby acknowledge and agree that all submissions submitted by you or any other user express the views of the author, and Business Connect 360 will not be held responsible for or liable for the content in such submissions.

You shall indemnify and hold Business Connect 360 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and business partners harmless from and against any and all damages, costs, expenses, and liabilities, including attorneys’ fees, that Business Connect 360 or any other indemnified party suffers in relation to, arising from, or for the purpose of avoiding any claim or demand from a third party in the event that your use of the site or the use of the site by any person using your user name and/or password violates any applicable law or regulation, or the rights of any third party.

Local Laws and Export Control

If you use this site outside the United States of America, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. Consequences of Violation

If you violate these terms, Business Connect 360 may terminate your access to the site or Password-Restricted Areas without notice. Business Connect 360 prefers to advise you of your inappropriate behavior and recommend any necessary corrective action. However, certain violations of these terms, as determined by Business Connect 360, will result in immediate termination of your access to the site or Password-Restricted Areas.

Business Connect 360 reserves the right to terminate any password-restricted account for any reason. These terms are governed by Law and controlling U.S. Federal Law, without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these terms or the site will be heard in courts located in . If any of these terms is found to be inconsistent with applicable law, then such terms shall be interpreted to reflect the intentions of the parties, and no other terms will be modified.

Business Connect 360 failure to enforce any of these terms is not a waiver of such terms. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Business Connect 360 and supersede any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings between you and Business Connect 360 These terms may not be modified except pursuant to a written amendment that is executed by an officer of Business Connect 360

Business Connect 360 is committed to doing its best to maintain the security of information collected on our site.

While no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure from intrusion, we have used and will continue to use commercially reasonable efforts to put in place the appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. When you place orders for purchased products or access your payment information, we use industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to protect the storage and transfer of your data from unauthorized parties. Registration; Collection and Use of Information

Anyone completing and submitting any or part of the forms on the Site is considered a “registrant.” When you register with Company, you automatically allow registration in any and all of the other sites in the Company’s network (collectively, the “Network Sites”). Accordingly, we may share registrant PII with the Network Sites.

Company only gathers personal identifiable information (“PII”) that is volunteered during the registration process or in response to specific information requests. Examples of PII that may be requested consist of name, address, email address, and telephone number. We also collect credit card or other payment account information in connection with any purchase you make on or through the Site. The decision to provide PII is optional on your part; however, if you decide not to register or provide such information, you may not be able to make purchases on or use certain features of the Site or other services on or through the Site.

Opting-Out of Further Communications

Registrants may, at any time, choose not to receive promotional emails from Company or Network Sites by (1) following the “unsubscribe” instructions in any such e-mail received by registrant, or (2) writing to [email protected]

Registrants also may opt out of receiving telephone calls from Company or Network Sites with whom we have shared your information by requesting to be placed on its company-specific do-not-call list.

Transfer In Certain Circumstances

In its sole discretion, Company may transfer, sell or assign information collected on and through this Site, including without limitation, PII and other registrant-provided information, to one or more third parties, as a result of the sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganization or liquidation of Company and/or Network Sites.

Security, Fraud, and Abuse

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Company regularly reviews these measures to better protect you. However, we do not and cannot guarantee the security or integrity of the information, and we have no liability for breaches of said security or integrity or third-party interception in transit. Must Be 18 Years or Older

Neither Company nor the Network Sites are intended for, or directed to, children under the age of 18. If we learn that a person who registers on the Site is under the age of 18, we will promptly delete that individual’s registration.
